 Great Sweetner, But Use Sparingly!, 2008-04-02
I've ordered several bags of this xylitol now and really enjoy it. I must caution that you use it sparingly to see how your digestive system reacts to it. Also, can be used in baking/cooking, but you can't use it in any recipe that needs yeast to rise!

 Great in homemade cocoa mix, 2007-09-19
Good stuff. I use it in my homemade cocoa mix mostly, but I've used it in any number of other things as well. Nice, light flavor.
